Mar 23 Maple Sugaring Festival, Weis Ecology Center, 150 Snake Den Rd, Ringwood;  Experience tree maple sugaring from tree top to table top and lean how maple syrup is made.  No pre-registration required.  Groups leave from the Visitors Center every twenty minutes from noon to 4 pm.  $5 per person, family maximum $20.  973 835-2160.
