O	Mar 23	Maple Sugaring Festival, Weis Ecology Center, 150 Snake Den Rd, Ringwood; Experience tree maple sugaring from tree top to table top and lean how maple syrup is made. No pre-registration required. Groups leave from the Visitors Center every twenty minutes from noon to 4 pm. $5 per person, family maximum $20. 973 835-2160.

B	Mar 30	Annual Pancake Breakfast & Brunch, Weis Ecology Center, 150 Snake Den Rd, Ringwood; Celebrate the end of the maple-sugaring season with a pancake breakfast to benefit the Center. Pre-registration is a must. 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30. $5 members, $7 non-members. 973 835-2160.
