| A Was An Apple Pie | |
| Players: | 3 or More |
| Objective: | Make Up Sentences for Each Letter of the Alphabet |
| Materials: | Imagination |
| The first player begins by making up a sentence with the letter A, such as, ”A was an Apple Pie.” The second player continues the story using the letter B. For example, “B baked it.” The next player adds another line of the story using “C”. If a player takes too long he/she is eliminated. The last remaining player wins. |
|
Players sit in a circle as the first player begins counting with “One”. The second player says “two”, and so forth. Every time a player reaches a number with a seven in it (7,17, 27, 37, etc.), or divisible by seven (7, 14, 21, 28, etc.), she/he must say “buzz” instead of the number. Any player that says the number instead of buzz, is out of the circle. The last player left is the winner. To make it more challenging, play the same rules as above, but when the players come to five and its multiples they say “fizz”. |
