Goop
Supplies: Elmer's Glue
Liquid Starch
Food Coloring (optional)
Bowl

Combine 1/2 cup Elmer's Glue, two tablespoons liquid starch and 5 drops of food coloring.  Vigorously mix the ingredients with a fork as if you were making scrambled eggs.  After a few minutes, the solution will become stringy.  Continue to mix with fork or kneed with hands to make putty.  If it feels sticky, add more starch, if it feels slimy, add more glue.  When you reach the right consistency, all the material comes off your hands into a ball.  Pull it apart, put back together or use it to make shapes.  Store in refrigerator in plastic bag or plastic wrap.
Suggestion: Put an apron on your child first.
